This fourth issue in the Predators series portrays the Panthera Tigris, also known most commonly as a Tiger.
The coin again features four different minting techniques: The paw print is done in incuse minting and reverse proof, the Tiger and soil are done in matte finish, and the background in proof.
The tiger is the largest extant cat species and a member of the genus Panthera. It is most recognizable for its dark vertical stripes on orange-brown fur with a lighter underside. It is an apex predator, primarily preying on ungulates such as deer and wild boar.
