2020 Niue 1 Ounce Archangel Gabriel Colored Silver Proof Coin

The Archangel Gabriel is featured on the first release in an exciting new Archangel Coin Collection from New Zealand Mint.
Struck in 1 ounce of .999 pure silver, the reverse shows a coloured image of the Archangel Gabriel from a 1920 stained-glass window by Mary Hutchinson in Hull Minster, UK and is framed by a beautifully engraved border.
The obverse features the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, with border engraving to match.
The elegant themed box reflects Gabriel’s energy colour of white – representing harmony and holiness. The coin is placed in an acrylic case for easy display with a magnetized case to allow easy access to this exquisite coin.
A numbered Certificate of Authenticity confirms the mintage of only 2,000 coins.
Backstory:
Archangel Gabriel’s name means 'God is my strength'. One of the two archangels specifically named in the Bible in both the Old and New Testament, she is often portrayed holding a trumpet and as the only female archangel. As the patron of communications, Archangel Gabriel is the messenger angel, acting as a messenger of God. She helps writers, teachers, journalists and artists to convey their message, to find motivation and confidence, and to market their skills.
