Sant Ivo alla Sapienza is located in Roman Italy, is a Catholic Church in Rome. This church is considered a masterpiece of the Baroque architecture, built by architect Francesco Polo Mini (Francesco Borromini) in 1642 to 1660. It has a history of 360 years. The decoration of interior dome is a mixture of six-winged cherubic heads and geometric (stars), compared with Gian Benini’s overused gilding and plaster during contemporaries, it is more Plato. As a masterpiece of Baroque church architecture, Sant Ivo alla Sapienza is one of the most famous churches in Rome.
