This 24k gold note pays homage to the famous 1907 image of Liberty created by Augustus Saint-Gaudens for the classically collectable $20 Gold Double Eagle Coin.
The artwork depicts Liberty, illustrated mid-stride moving toward the viewer. She holds a torch in one hand and olive branch in the other as the rays of the rising sun radiate behind her.
This Aurum® is printed single sided with full color artwork on the obverse and a “dimensional gold” embossed effect on the reverse where gold atoms have been distributed on printed areas.
St. Gaudens’ Liberty is a popular issue designed to be stacked or collected in bulk. The gold within each Aurum® is visible throughout each note from edge-to-edge and is fully recoverable using standard fire assay techniques.
Artwork details:
2021 is printed in a half circle of stars at her feet while the word “Liberty” arcs at the top of the note. “100 Milligrams” is printed in the top corners and “24k Gold” in each of the lower corners. Each Aurum® includes a serial number in addition to an Aurum® logo. “Pure 24K Gold, “Made in the USA” appears prominently on the right side of the note.
